PROFESSIONAL SAGA OF Mr.RK
  • Started his career in Meenakshi medical college as computer operator.
  • Promoted to the position of ‘Site In charge’ in Meenakshi medical college and looked after the whole Medical college construction.
  • Became a Business Man by starting Real Estate Business with friends in 2004 in Kanchipuram. There he developed the skills of land acquisition and getting approvals for layouts etc..
  • Entry into Education Field : Purchased 7 acres land in 2007 at Ukkam Perumbakkam (Opp to Mahindra) and started Polytechnic College in partnership.
  • In the First year itself almost all the seats in Polytechnic College were filled up by his marketing and admin strategy and skills.
  • The real estate in and around Kanchipuram was being continued from 2007 to 2008.
  • Another Mile Stone in Educaion Field: RK Started Shri Ramana Maharishi Engg.College in Cheyyar road along with friends in 2009 and got AICTE approval in 3 Months with his efforts and expertise.
  • But he resigned from the Management of Shri Ramana maharishi Engg.College because of partner ship issues and his doubt in providing quality in all the aspects.
  • From 2010, RK became a Real Estate Consultant and provided lands to VIP Grand City and other top realtors in Chennai.
  • With in a short span of time, RK arranged more than 15 Lakhs Sq.Feet to VIP Grand Housing and other companies in and around Chennai, Kanchipuram and Chengelpet.
  • In 2011 RK Purchased 7 acres in Tiruttani to Chennai road to start a Polytechnic College by his own. 

ENTRY INTO SCHOOL EDUCATION

Billabong tirutanni branch
  • After a thorough analysis RK changed the idea of opening a Polytechnic college and started an International School.
  • They tied up with Australian based educationalist Ms.Lina Ashar and started Billabong High international School at Tiruttani.
  • Billabong Tiruttani is the only school approved by Lina Ashar in rural India by the trust of success given by Mr.RK though she had little hope for its growth. She felt that rural people may not understand the curriculum and won’t be able to afford the international school fees.
  • Mr. RK made Billabong Tiruttani successful by his own admissions strategy and by providing the best infrastructure in that district.
  • Billabong Tiruttani got 736 admissions in the first year itself which was a record in Tamilnadu school education.
  • In 2016 RK Brothers started managing the school at Tiruttani. RK used to visit weekly once or twice to monitor the things and parallelly running Real estate business successfully.
  • Now the Tiruttani school was upgraded to Senior Secondary School and 3 batches of students passed out continuously with 100% results.
  • RK became familiar in Chennai Real Estate Circles and got the trust that he could arrange land of any size for Commercial and Industrial purpose in and around northern districts of Tamilnadu.
  • RK arranged the land to various companies in Tamilnadu till 2017.

EXPANSION IN SCHOOL EDUCATION

Billabong Kanchipuram branch
  • In 2018 RK started another billabong High International School in Kanchipuram on the Bangalore high way .
  • Billabong Kanchi has the State of Art infrastructure at par with the schools in US & UK etc.
  • Billabong Kanchi got 654 admissions in debut year itself and now this school was upgraded to Senior Secondary.

ENTRY INTO HOUSING & PROPERTIES

  • RK started his own Real Estate Company ‘KRISH Housing and Properties’ in September,2018 in T.Nagar.
  • It was started in with 60 Marketers
  • The First project was launched in Illalur(OMR) and was fully sold out with in three months.
  • In 2019 the Marketers number increased to more than 500 and office also extended to 2 floors in the same building in T Nagar.
  • Now the Marketers strength in KRISH,Chennai is 2743 and is growing day by day.
  • With in a short span of 3 years 11 projects are there now in the market in Chennai which reveals the trust of customers on KRISH.

THE SUCCESS STORY CONTINUES

  • One lakh Sq.Feet land is sold every month in Chennai office.
  • In 2021 Krish Housing and Properties was upgraded to Shri Krish Housing and Properties Pvt.Ltd.
  • In 2021,May Krish Housing and Properties expanded its wings by establishing a branch in Trichy with1587 Marketers
  • Trichy office is now having 5 Projects in hand and competing with Chennai branch.
  • In August this year, Krish housing started one more branch in Coimbatore and taking up 3 projects with 1780 Marketers.
